NPDES Permit Renewals and Assistance: Oakley Water Strategies assists a variety of municipal agencies with all aspects of NPDES permit renewal, implementation, and compliance, including mixing zone and dilution studies, reasonable potential analyses, infeasibility analyses, and various water quality analyses.

BACWA Permits Committee Technical Assistance: Oakley Water Strategies keeps BACWA and its members up-to-date on new regulatory issues, including writing technical comments and reports, and presenting information at monthly meetings.

BACWA Collection Systems Committee Assistance: Oakley Water Strategies works with BACWA to collaborate with regulatory agencies and provide technical information and on the dynamic regulatory climate for Sanitary Sewer Overflows.

Napa Sanitation District Master Services Agreement: Oakley Water Strategies is assisting the Napa Sanitation District with various recycled water initiatives, including program management of its recycled water strategic plan; aquifer, storage, and recovery project; regional partnerships; recycled water pipeline design and implementation; and grant funding. Oakley Water is also preparing the Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), and assisting with various aspects of NPDES permit compliance, including pollution prevention and implementation activities and Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs).

Palo Alto NPDES Permit Assistance: Oakley Water Strategies is assisting the City with its chronic toxicity screening, marsh conversion documentation, NPDES permit development assistance, Copper Action Plan support, sanitary sewer overflows, fats, oils, and grease (FOG) control program, cyanide investigations, and creek monitoring technical support.
