Monica Oakley, P.E.
President
Monica Oakley founded the company in 2006. She is an expert
in wastewater systems planning, watershed management, and regulatory compliance. She has over 20 years experience managing projects which have included development and evaluation of engineering alternatives for wastewater treat-
ment and collection systems, flow monitoring and sampling
of wastewater systems and receiving waters, mathematical modeling of these systems to predict a range of chemical, biological, and hydraulic conditions, public participation,
financial capability, and permit negotiation and compliance.
Our Goals:
Oakley Water Strategies believes in supporting and furthering the efforts of government wastewater agencies to provide essential services to the public,
and to protect the waters, aquatic life, and human health in California. |
